I like to think of project management fundamentals as the three P’s you need to know. But what are the three P’s?
#1: People
People are the first “P” — specifically your project team.
Your project team members are the ones bringing your deliverable to fruition. Without people, you won’t be able to effectively deliver.
Understanding team dynamics and ensuring you connect with your team effectively is going to be a huge determining factor in the success of your project.
