For Practical LEAN 1.0 graduates who want to learn additional LEAN techniques to lead process improvement sessions.
FORMAT
- Interactive in-person 1.5 day training session.
- Day one: Participants will focus on process mapping, problem solving, data collection, and will learn how to organize and execute an improvement session.
- Day two: In this half-day session, participants will have a group practice session on putting concepts to practice.
NUMBER OF ATTENDEES
Minimum of 10 participants to a max. of 25 participants per workshop. Each participant to receive a course completion badge upon training completion.
MEETING MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Looks at meetings in a practical way by surveying current meeting issues and then teaching employees & leaders efficiency techniques to make their meetings more productive and streamlined.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
For all employees who organize, facilitate or attend meetings.
FORMAT
- Prior to the training, information is gathered on current meeting practices and challenges
- Interactive in-person 1 day training session.
- The training is divided into specific segments to address learnings from data gathering and to provide new learning techniques.
NUMBER OF ATTENDEES
Minimum of 20 participants to a max. of 50 participants per workshop. Course completion badge upon training completion.
5S WORKPLACE FACILITATOR TRAINING
Create an efficient, organized workplace with 5S training that eliminates waste, reduces errors, and empowers teams to drive continuous improvement. Mastering 5S is the first step to becoming a more efficient and productive organization.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
For employees who are Team Leads, Trainers, and/or responsible for organization transformation.
FORMAT
- Prior to the workshop, discussion on 5S goals and training attendance
- Interactive in-person 2 day training session.
- Day one: Participants will focus on key LEAN concepts needed for a 5S event, how to prepare and execute a 5S event, plus how to sustain the outcomes via audits
- Day two: Participants will have a group practice session on putting concepts to practice reinforcing learnings and gain confidence for future events.
NUMBER OF ATTENDEES
Minimum of 6 participants per training session. Each participant receives a 5S Event Facilitator credential badge upon training completion.
