Fake it till you make it, right? Sounds easy enough.

What else is there to say? A lot, actually.

It can take a long time to settle in and feel comfortable in a new job. You’re so focused on meeting new people, getting trained, getting to know your boss and acing your first impressions that you barely have a second to think about how you feel. If this sounds like you, chances are you’re not that confident yet. So how do you convince your boss and colleagues you are, so you can keep your reputation in tip top shape?

It’s actually not that hard, but there are a few secrets you need to know. I’m about to give you some simple tips to implement that will not only make you SEEM confident at work but will help you BE confident from within. Soon enough, it’ll come so naturally you won’t even have to think about faking it.
