One of the most common questions I get asked is, “What is the difference between a vision statement and a mission statement?”
It’s a great question – and one that doesn’t get explained enough. There IS a difference between vision statements and mission statements, and it’s important to know those differences so that these tools can truly serve your business the way they’re supposed to.
