Digital project management is about managing digital deliverables from concept to close. Digital project managers oversee those projects as a whole from concept creation to planning, execution, and testing until it’s given to the end user.
When you’re managing a digital project, you’re overseeing the subject matter experts on your team to ensure they deliver on those items that your digital project is executing on.
Common Digital Projects
A digital project will always have a digital deliverable. So, what are some examples of that?
A digital deliverable could be something like:
- A marketing campaign
- A mobile app
- Software development
- Website development
Essentially, it’s anything that revolves around digital technology.
