Change happens everywhere, but it can be especially difficult when it happens at work. The way you react to change is what makes or breaks a positive workplace environment. With over 20 years in the business world, I’ve dealt with my share of changes and have coached many clients through difficult change; I know exactly what you’re going through.
See, it’s very much up to you whether the change is going to be difficult or whether it’s going to be a breeze. Having the right mindset around change is what will get you through it and even allow you to enjoy it.
But how do you do that? I won’t sugar coat the fact that it can be difficult; especially when the frustration builds up, other people are complaining, and it feels a whole lot easier to just hop on board with all the negativity.
