We’ve all had those moments where someone really made our day by doing something kind. And doesn’t it feel amazing when that happens?!

The thing is, at work we can get so focused on ourselves and our own success that we forget the importance of really being a team. See, creating a positive environment isn’t just beneficial for those around you. It also has a HUGE impact on how you feel and will make your day at work even more enjoyable.

My team and I love doing random acts of kindness in the office to surprise each other and make work something to look forward to. That’s why I’m offering you some of the ideas that work so well for us!

We’ll highlight:

  • Acts of kindness that take next to NO time out of your work day
  • How to get EVERYONE on board the kindness train!
  • A couple EASY ways you can surprise your colleagues
  • Some kindness ideas that are also tasty!
  • A BONUS freebie that will help you turn your workplace into encouragement central

The best part of this video is that you can either make it a goal to do ALL of them, or you can simply pick your favourite ideas and use them to add a little extra cheer.

I believe in the power of a positive community. What better place to create that than right at work?

So, let’s get right to it. Meet me over at the video and we’ll spread some love together!

See you there!

Meanwhile, if you really are committed to mastering your next project, do consider taking my SLAY Project Management online course where I show you step-by-step how to successfully manage a project, plus you get access to every template you will need, along with detailed video instructions on how to fill them out.
