In our distracting world, there are no shortage of reasons why you may become unproductive. Perhaps you have something going on in your life that seems to be taking up all the space in your mind. Maybe you’re burnt out or are tired of your life’s day-to-day repetition. It could be that your social media addiction has just become too hard to resist.
