All about the art of setting goals that will lead you to success!
Are you thinking about upgrading your personal goals or setting new personal goals? Then you need to hear this.
Setting personal goals is not as simple as you might think. It’s not hard, either; there are just a few things you need to take into consideration that you might not have thought of before with regards to setting personal goals.
Let’s go over what those things are!
Have a personal vision statement
Before you can start your list of goals, you need to have a personal vision statement.
How does this relate to goal setting?
A personal vision statement gives you an idea of where you want to be in life years from now and it will remind you of the goals and desires that you prioritize as most important in your life.
Remember that your personal vision is transferrable to other aspects of life. It’s relevant in business, in your career, in your personal goals, and in everything you do. So, you really want to make sure your personal goals are aligned with your overall vision statement!
Decide on your personal goals
You don’t start off being exactly where you want to be. That’s the whole point of goal setting…. So you can GET to where you want to be.
So, when it comes to deciding on your personal goals, you need to set the bar high for yourself and then take a step back and think.
What to consider?
Think about what you need to do in order to get to that high bar that you’ve set for yourself. As you continue striving towards your goal, the steps you’re taking shift and advance as you progress. But you have to start by setting the bar high and working backwards to figure out where exactly you need to start.
Creating an action plan and taking action
The next steps are to create an action plan and TAKE ACTION.
But how exactly do you do this?
Well, I want to make sure you really master this part, because it’s important. So, I’ve created a video where I’ll break down these steps in detail so that you can be proactive about achieving your goals and get there successfully.
