Foster Positivity and Drive Success!
You can have all the project management expertise in the world, but without a positive team environment, your project will likely stall out. The good news? I have six powerful tips to help you foster positivity and drive your project team to success.
Positivity Tip #1: Stay solution-oriented
Have a team member who is quick to complain but not interested in solutions? They’re a drag to be around, and on a project, they can bring down the whole team.
You can steer a chronic complainer towards positivity by including them in solution-oriented brainstorming sessions and decision-making.
It’s a powerful way to show that although there are challenges on every project, they have the power to be proactive and positively influence outcomes.
Not only will that nip their complaining in the bud, it’ll leave them feeling positively empowered.
