If you’re not familiar with the term mindfulness, it refers to being present in the moment and is often the core of meditation practices. It takes effort on my part to work at being more mindful but I know the benefits are worth it (reducing stress being the #1 motivator for me). Enter inspiration—from mindfulness quotes. They definitely inspire us to live in the present moment. Being more mindful, or present in the moment, promises to make us more centred, even in the midst of a hectic day.
